Working Gear

I have worked for Working Gear for some time now and the owners are very fair. I was working the day that Mrs Mange came in with her son and tried to return the ""New Shirt"" It had been washed and worn by her son to an emt class. We can not take back clothes that have been worn and washed even if they are clean. (Her son came in with the same shirt a few days earlier prior to washing it and it had ring around the collar and stains on the sleeves according to our boss) \r Would you want to come to our store and pay full price for a washed and worn shirt when you could buy the same one that was new? We are very easy going and will take back or exchange as long as the item is in the same condition as purchased so we can then re-sell it. But we love our customers and always go way up and above to give the best customer service on a daily basis! Pros: Customer Service more

I made a purchase for my son a week ago. The the 2 ladies that worked on that Sunday were absolutely fabulous. They were helpful, extremely friendly and even made suggestions on items, colors, etc. I am not sure why they are not the management of this establishment because their customer service was wonderful.\r The major problem I see with this business is it you need to return an item., it is quite difficult. Even though I had my receipt and the item was brand new, the manager. Mr B, would not honor the return. Even though I had been told originally that as long as I had the receipt I could return the item if it did not fit or was the wrong item. This store is not easy to do business with once the item/items are puchased. This manager was not fair to me, the customer, having made a purchase and kept my receipt. He would not honor a return of his own product. . \r I would not choose to purhase anymore merchandise here. I would rather make my purchased where I know the store will honor and value the customer. This is a great clothing store- Tons of mens and boys clothes and even in big sizes! My husband is a 4x and is very tall- we always have a hard time finding clothes. This store has all sizes and great prices. The employee even helps you pick out the sizes you need! more
