He also takes the time to listen and hear what you are saying. He doesn't just assume he knows the answer before you have described the problem. He provides direct service and technical assistance online and over the phone. Professional, personable, knowledgeable, expert, patient, timely, quality and customer care are all words that I would use to describe NP Professional Services.
