I was constantly doing double work in my home and work offices. I knew that there had to be a way to get my home computer to talk to my work computer to save time. That's what technology is supposed to be about. Well, NP Professional Services educated me and helped me reach a balance in my home and work life. My home computer is now configured so that I am sitting in my home office but it's like I am sitting right at work. \r \r It's hard to find decent customer service these days. AT NP Professional Services, you have an owner who cares enough about your technology issue(s) to not only solve your problem but will explain to you what the problem was and how to avoid it in the future. He also takes the time to listen and hear what you are saying. He doesn't just assume he knows the answer before you have described the problem. He provides direct service and technical assistance online and over the phone. Professional, personable, knowledgeable, expert, patient, timely, quality and customer care are all words that I would use to describe NP Professional Services. Pros: Service is excellent.
