The new office staff is rude and disrespectful! If your air conditioning breaks on a 100 degree day (which it will since it's so old) they will not be quick to show up at your door to fix it. That goes for all repairs. I made the mistake of renewing my lease before the new management took over, and I regret it every day. The trash is always overflowing, they don't mow the grass behind the apartments, and there is dog waste everywhere. The pool is dirty and rarely gets cleaned. They run the waterfall, but not the filters. The computer/fax service is no longer avaliable to residents. The workout equipment is broken. I have had 3 water leaks and my air has broken twice. This is in the month of August alone. My hot water tank died and let out of the water it was holding. They are not responsible, so make sure you get good renters insurance here. They say they give advanced notice before entering your apartment, but I've caught their staff in here twice without notice (great when I'm a single female). The security gate NEVER works, yet they continue to advertise as a gated community.
