Finally I have found a salon worth going back to! When booking my appointment, the recptionist was very friendly and helpful. When I had first arrived there, I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome from everyone who had worked there. The staff was overly friendly and pleasant, which is very hard to find these days!!! My stylist, even though concerned and nervous because she was the youngest there, was AMAZING and definately proved me wrong! She was very thoughtful towards my ideas, and listened to what I wanted done, instead of just doing what she had wanted to do with my hair. I feel like every other salon I had gone to in the past was a HUGE waste of my time, money and effort to go there. I wish i would of found Salon Sedona a lot earlier so I would of been pleased with my hair longer. Prices very affordable and well worth my time and effort to go there!!!! Hands down THE BEST SALON IN CLEVELAND!
