After having been through years of disappointment trying to find a facility to help my afflicted child, someone had recommended ""Transitions"" , a placement program offered by Richard Fetters. After having paid a $1500.00 ""placement fee"", we realized that we had made a tremendous mistake. He does well on cashing the check, after that, you are on your own. You spend most of your time tracking him down trying to find out what is going on. Above the grief that we as parents experience with the debilitating disease and circumstances that we have to deal with, Mr. Fetters adds immeasurably to that grief. His business feloniously misrepresents the supposed placement of an individual who requires the necessary rehab that is a part of the possible stabilization protocol. If you come across Mr. Fetters or ""Transitions or what he misrepresents, keep looking. Nothing but problems here.
Cons: Doesn't return your phone calls, doesn't follow through; doesn't do anything but take your money, don't go there!
