We were very disappointed with our services at Jay Michael. My daughter and I both had appointments for formal hairdos and makeup. The makeup services were above our expectations. The hair was very disappointing. My daughter had to wait for her 'updo' so that her operator satisfied his usual clients. When he saw one of his regular clients, the operator rushed my daughter along with her 'updo' and hurried her out never even asking if she was satisfied. She was treated as though she was a 'bother' .\r
I would never recommend this salon unless you want to be treated as an 'afterthought'. I had higher expectations since a good friend recommended this salon, especially for formal affairs.\r
