My family and I had been recommended to dine at Le Happy. When we entered the restaurant to dine the music they were playing was Grunge at full throttle level. We had looked forward to a good meal but we could not hear each other talk. When I asked the waitress how the music choice was made she stated it was their choice. I asked her if she would turn it down a little and she agreed that she would. It took a while for her to turn it down. By that time my family and I were doing pretty well by communicating with sign language. Eventually she turned it down to a dull roar. We thought maybe we would sit outside but it was cold and the freeway traffic echoed quite loudly so, we decided to try another place. Le Happy's attitude seemed very similar to ""The Stepping Stone Cafe's"" moto ""You Eat Here Because We Let You."" I choose not to.
