I am a former employee. I only left because I was offered a position that was too good to turn down. While at TLY, I loved my job. The center was clean, fun and a great place to work. The providers who work there love children and take care of those in their care above standards. The owners are wonderful people to work for who just want their employees to do their job correctly. It outrages me to see negative comments about people who are honestly in the child care business to take care of children. I know that there are children who have been at TLY since it opened and the families all are very satisfied with the quality of care.\r

As far as comments I have seen regarding matter of payment, does anyone realize how many people bounce checks on a regular basis. What would you suggest as opposed to a cash only option? Lower quality care or turning people away when they attempt to drop their children off before work? Working on a cash basis allows the money to automatically go into the business account. Checks take time to clear, or to be found written on insufficient funds.
