My experience is almost identical to those listed below. They took almost a week to come out to service our units. We provided them with list of concerns from the buyer's inspection. The technician stayed a total of 15 minutes, 10 minutes of that in his running truck writing out his report. He said that First American would be in contact with us about their decision. ALL 3 OF OUR UNITS WERE RUNNING! Well that was 4 weeks ago. Cinco will not provide a receipt, report, or return phone calls. First American has faxed them 3 times asking that they return our calls. First American sent us a very generalized denial letter: lack of maintenance and incorrect installation. But they will not provide the technician's report- only Cinco can provide it and they won't respond. Totally deceptive company and a repair racket. Don't let First American assign this company to you!!!! We dealt with another company (A+ Appliance and A/C) on a kitchen appliance and the experience was so much better, so I don't believe all First American contractors are this bad.
