I have been going to the Blackmarket bakery for a couple of years. At first it started with me just picking up a few of their unbelievable treats at the farmer's markets here and there. Then I started taking Rachels cooking classes. Her classes are phenomenal. I've learned more about cooking in the past two years than I have in my life. Now I am a total baked goods snob and nothing compares to what either Rachels has taught me to make or what she makes. She also made a cake for my father's birthday and my friends baby shower and both were by consensus the best cakes anyone had ever tasted - Not to mention, beautifully decorated. To sum up - This bakery is sinfully delicious!
