Avoid Avalon! Under no circumstances should you use them. They seem like stand up people during the sales cycle, but once the project begins, Curt Cooper and company don?t care. I signed the contract and wrote the first check in February and as of late September, it is still essentially a hole in the ground. During the process, I have been told numerous lies and generally given the run-around. For such an expensive investment, I expected some level of professionalism but Avalon borders on fraudulent. I am now employing a lawyer in hopes of getting the pool completed. If you feel you must use Avalon, bring a lawyer.
