Everyone there was really helpful. They gave me a ride after I dropped off my car, answered every question honestly and gave me a better FREE diagnostic than the one I paid $180 for at the dealer!
They communicated me every step of the way, picked me up and dropped me off and I got a great value that was much much less than the dealer and competitive price to other shops that would have given me an inferior transmission.
They know what they are doing and when they say it might not be the transmissoni, they are wayyyy right! I met many happy customers going in and out of their office when I was there.
