Out of all the Lens Crafters I have gone to get my glasses adjusted or serviced, I keep coming back to this one. Why? LORETTA (Asian lady, very friendly and knowledgeable). She doesn't just eyeball your glasses but actually uses a machine ""in back"" to find where in your lens the prescription ""centers,"" makes little temporary red marks on your glasses, and adjusts to your pupils. Also, as an Asian without a nose bridge, I have a hard time keeping my glasses up, and instead of the conventional wisdom of tightening the temples, she tightened the part that goes on the ears, making the fit much more snug (and comfortable), the way I like it. Also, she gave me straight up advice about where and when to go to buy my next glasses. I have a very strong prescription, and I'm also on a fixed income, so rather than buying my next pair at Lens Crafters, she suggested I try Costco, since with my prescription, they would need to be special-ordered anyway. And if I'm going to have to wait a week or two to get them back, I might as well not pay the Lens Crafters markup. She also took the time to suggest frame shapes that would better suit my face. I will keep coming back to this LC for all my eyeglasses needs, even if I buy my next pair elsewhere, because you can't beat their customer service. And for ""the powers that be"" at LC, don't worry, I'll still spend money at LC even if I do follow Loretta's advice, since I like the selection of unisex, men's, and prescription sunglasses at LC as well (but that just reflects my taste in frames). LC higher-ups, you need to do anything in your power to keep this woman on your staff because she brings in much of your repeat business. While waiting for service, my fellow customers and I have actually praised her specifically, citing her excellent service as the reason go there. As geeky as all this sounds, I swear it's absolutely true.
