The ambience at Gratzi is its selling point. Location, if you don't have a car --to go get truly inspired Italian food-- is right on the main drag, so it's easy to get to. I really liked the setting, and the convivial atmosphere makes for a great time if food is not the real object of the outing. My pasta was fresh though the sauce was ho-hum. Pass on the calamari. I'm a real softie for Italian Wedding soup and Gratzi's was decent but nothing to write home (but OK to write here) about. Our waitron was clueless but enthusiastic, and that enthusiasm keeps my vote in the plus column. I won't hurry back, but I won't fight if someone else suggests we go there.
Pros: Happy atmosphere
Cons: High price does not match so-so food quality
