I have made several purchases at Crest Furniture throughout the years and I continue to do so, referring many people along the way. The store has been around for many years owned by one family. The family members all work at the store! They are extremely helpful with any information that is needed. They do not lie when telling us the timeline on our purchase and they have a great customer service that is there to help us with any questions or concerns. One time, our furniture was delayed past the 6-8 weeks that was originally given and the customer service representative called us right away to let us know.
