Worst customer service. Elaine and Jake (the owner) are rude and do not have any idea how to treat customers. My issue was covered under the mfr warranty and didnt cost them a dime. The mfr was great but they were terrible. Their prices aren't that great. Shop online and you'll get the same price. Don't take a chance with them because if you need service you will regret you gave them your business, they certainly don’t appreciate it. Don't buy from these guys. They have the worst customer service ever. They will deliver broken furniture and will blame it on the manufacturer and will not replace it. They are full of lies. Don't deal with them. Their customer service is the worst ever. more

Friendly & Efficent Service 8/21/2007

I have made several purchases at Crest Furniture throughout the years and I continue to do so, referring many people along the way. The store has been around for many years owned by one family. The family members all work at the store! They are extremely helpful with any information that is needed. They do not lie when telling us the timeline on our purchase and they have a great customer service that is there to help us with any questions or concerns. One time, our furniture was delayed past the 6-8 weeks that was originally given and the customer service representative called us right away to let us know. I think it is a great business, which is why I continue to do business with them. Check it out! more

Great Prices and very helpful employees 8/20/2007

This store is awesome! Its owned by 1 family so they will work with you on price.They have soo many diffrent furniture manufactors to choose from...the staff is very helpful and very informed!If you want a deal you must come here!! Its a little hidden in crestwood but worth the hunt to find! Pros: Great prices Cons: hard to find more
