The food at Sabor is good, it's expensive though. The service was ok too. What I'm trying to say is that I wasn't impressed with the staff or the food for the amount of money they charge. They have a good selection of Spanish wines, and the mojitos are lovely. The place turns into a lounge on fridays and saturdays and on thrusdays they have a live salsa band playing easy listening instrumental salsa. Since it can get pretty loud, I would recomend Sabor as a place to go with friends or a date for tapas and drinks when you are in a social mood.
Pros: Mojitos, live salsa band on thursdays, Pasteles de Ropa Vieja
Cons: Crowded at times, loud, more of a party scene after a certain time.
