Paying $390+ for rent of a postage stamped size lot, next to the highway is bad enough. Add to it that the park is poorly maintained, dirty and that the manager is never available and you have a recipe for disaster. I've been trying to sell my home for 2 years and everytime that someone goes to management to get approved, the park undersells me with one of their own homes.
Cons: management unfriendly and unhelpful, too expensive
