This place rocks! The great little cheese shop has a HUGE variety of gouda cheese! I hear the Eichten's family studied in Belgium on how to make the gouda cheese...let me tell you...you can taste it! \r

The bistro connected to the cheese shop is AWESOME!!! I had the special of the night and it was Bison Tenderloin with Gorgonzola sauce with fingerling potatoes,& spring onions over asparagus! My boyfriend had the Bison Burger that had a Tilsit cheese (homemade and sold in the store) that was so juicy! \r

HIGHLY Recommend. They have a lot of Belgium Beer as well! \r
