Ann is by far the best ever! She turned my Monique Lhuillier wedding dress into a custom gown for me! She is so talented and sweet. She dosn't stop until you are completely satisfied. She is very honest and very kind. Her talent speaks for itself!! I just cannot say enough about her and New York Bride. They made my experience so fantastic. Ann went to the Loft at Southend for my fitting appointment. She walked me through the entire experience with Suzanne at New York Bride Loft. They were so kind and considerate of my feelings and opinions. Every bride should go to them!! I just could not believe how beautiful my dress was. I knew that they all came highly reccomended, but I really never dreamed that it would be such an amazing experience. In this day it is rare to be so satisfied with something you buy. This was not just a dress purchase, it was an experience. I will forever hold these ladies in my heart. Lucky for me I will have beautiful pictures to prove it!!!
Pros: The Loft experience was special and I felt like the only girl in the world getting married!
Cons: Unfortunately this is one of Charlotte's best kept secrets!
