I experienced chronic problems with service quality issues on the new K1200S I purchased and defects with parts and accessories I purchased at the same time. In the end they refused to address the issues satisfactorily. I expected a better customer experience from a BMW dealer!\r

Try San Jose BMW instead, I have since found a much more cooperative tone at that BMW dealership.\r
Cons: Pass -the-buck behavior: i.e. No one responsible for issue resolution
