We recently had the Sugar Shack BBQ cater my Grandmother's 75th birthday party of about 80 or so people. The BBQ was awesome...all the guests ranted and raved! They make these yummy sweet baked beans with fried onions. The twice cooked mashed potatoes with the melted cheese on top had just the right amount of spice. Of course the MEAT! Mark, the owner and pit master...has a little Tennessee flavor in his meats. They had this pulled pork sandwich topped with BBQ sauce and homemade cole slaw - it melts in your mouth. The slaw has this tangy, but not too tangy - just right tangy taste! The ribs have this addictive strawberry habanera glazed - just enough to get your fingers sticky. All in all, it was a great, smooth experience with them. They were priced just right, arrived on time & kept our bellies full!
