Sadly, I have to agree with Macuden's review. Yoga One is transitioning to an all-Baron-Baptiste format, discontinuing shorter classes and non-Baptiste classes. It's also lost some of its most gifted teachers over the past few months. The result is a very structured, homogenized classes with little variety or diversity. This can lead to burn out and fatigue, especially given the excessive heat in some of the more crowded classes. Needless to say, most classes would not be conducive to beginners or the less-than-athletic. \r
It used to be a real haven for yoga addicts. There was enough variety that you could have a solid 4 to 5 day a week practice, with multiple inspiring teachers.\r
It's still the most economical studio I've found in Charlotte, and I love the cold lavendar eye towels during Savasana.
Pros: Economical, Lavender eye-towels
Cons: Overheated, lack of variety, loss of talent
