Poor customer service 8/6/2007

We bought 2 bedroom sets costing over $3000. Salesmen were misleading as to what was included with the bedroom sets, in fact they lied about it as we asked them specifically about it before purchasing sets and both the salesman and his superviser said it was included. Then merchandise was delivered with missing parts. They called to tell us about delivery time but did not inform us of the missing parts even though they had 3 phone numbers to reach us at. We had to accept it and wait until they get the parts to finish assembling our purchase; or we will have to pay 10% plus delivery costs for them to take it back. Be VERY careful when purchasing anything from them as they do not believe in timely, honest customer service or in making things right with the customer. Money seems to be only thing they are concerned about as they got you coming and going. more
