We ordered our windows at the beginning of the summer. To replace 7 windows it cost a little over $2000. The salesman was great and gave us the schedule of how things would go. Somebody would come to measure, then our windows would be made and then we would be called to make an appointment to have the new windows installed. The salesman said at the latest, in a month and a half our windows would be installed. We put half of our payment down and waited for guys to come and measure. Not even a week went by and someone called to come by and measure, but we could not coordinate our schedules, so he said he would call back. So, I arrive home and then a car pulls up to my house and two shady looking guys come out and start going all around my windows. After about 10 minutes, they knock on the door and ask to measure. So, I let them do their business. A month and a half pasted and we didn't hear anything. A week later, I called and asked them what the update was. They confirmed that the windows were available they just needed to schedule a time. They would have someone call me back. Another week past and still no call. I called them again, same reply. After not hearing from them for another week, we called and demanded to schedule it right then. When the appointment arrived the workers were a hour and a half late, making my husband late for work. When I got home during the middle of the job they had the old windows on my plants! I went downstairs to let them do their job. As I was sitting there, one worker started to sweep all of the debris from installation into the space between the wall and floor. Dirt started to fall down where I was. Could have been solved with a dust pan. All in all the windows looked great. But, if I had to do it again, I would not have used WV. In fact, we will not use them for our remaining windows. I encourage you to shop around more. For $2000, I think I could have gotten better service and more windows done.
Pros: Quality product
Cons: Service was poor
