Do not use this company. We got 10 Windows and the caulking is all starting to crack. One of the Windows is forming Brown spots inside the panes and can't be cleaned off. Also the installer rushed to do them all in a day and they broke one of the window ledges. They tried to fix it and ended up tearing a hole in the wall. THIS COMPANY IS A NIGHTMARE. All their phones keep being changed and then disconnected. more

Great Windows / Great Price 1/23/2010

I called on a Monday, they scheduled an appointment for Tuesday, the sales guy was on time and offered many good suggestions. We got 3 other bids & decided for the price and options we wanted they were the best (triple pain). We paid a little more, but i think we got a better window. After we ordered they measured are windows 2 days later. They called about 3 weeks later and scheduled the install. They installed all our windows in 1 day. We had 2 torn screens and they replaced them a few days later free of charge. Great company/windows / highly recommend Pros: Good Windows, honest sales people more

Don't do frame-overs 7/24/2008

This company put frameover windows in our house and they look terrible. Plus we are having issues with the windows, they're already leaking (why we had them replaced), the seals aren't staying put, and some of the hardware is falling apart making them difficult or impossible to close and lock. They are coming to fix everything so at least they are honoring the guarantee, although they haven't arrived yet. Our house is already dark and the frame-overs took a lot more of the viewing area away then normal vinyl windows would have making our house even darker. They look exactly what they are...cheap. Spend the money for something nice.\r more

Highly NOT recommended 1/15/2008

I called WVP to estimate replacement for a garden window and a sliding door. Their sales person came, measured, and gave me an estimate. I contacted the sales person a few weeks later that I am ready to do a deal. He had to get an OK from the manager, faxed me a contract, which I signed. WVP charged my credit card for the down payment amount promptly. In a few days another person came to do the exact measurements so that they could place an order for the window/door. Promised to call me when the order is placed and provide an ETA. No feedback for a week, I called to check the status. A person I talked to told me that they must have placed the order and I just need to wait. I insisted on getting the exact informaiton, no call back. In a couple of days I got hold of another person. Again, generic info on the process, no specifics. I insisted again on the specific information. In the evening an owner (?) called me to tell me that they don't want to do my job because it's more complicated to replace my window then they thought and they don't want the liability! When I asked about the contract, which does not let me back out without forfeiting the down payment, he said that I should look at the contract -- they had not signed it! When I pointed out that any court would consider charging a downpayment a definitive proof of signing a contract, the owner told me that he'd credit my credit card right away (and did credit indeed). Meanwhile I lost the time and it was too late to start with another company that late in the Fall.\r \r Don't do business with them. Pros: Sound good when they sell Cons: Do not deliver more

Great work, horrible service. 8/10/2007

We ordered our windows at the beginning of the summer. To replace 7 windows it cost a little over $2000. The salesman was great and gave us the schedule of how things would go. Somebody would come to measure, then our windows would be made and then we would be called to make an appointment to have the new windows installed. The salesman said at the latest, in a month and a half our windows would be installed. We put half of our payment down and waited for guys to come and measure. Not even a week went by and someone called to come by and measure, but we could not coordinate our schedules, so he said he would call back. So, I arrive home and then a car pulls up to my house and two shady looking guys come out and start going all around my windows. After about 10 minutes, they knock on the door and ask to measure. So, I let them do their business. A month and a half pasted and we didn't hear anything. A week later, I called and asked them what the update was. They confirmed that the windows were available they just needed to schedule a time. They would have someone call me back. Another week past and still no call. I called them again, same reply. After not hearing from them for another week, we called and demanded to schedule it right then. When the appointment arrived the workers were a hour and a half late, making my husband late for work. When I got home during the middle of the job they had the old windows on my plants! I went downstairs to let them do their job. As I was sitting there, one worker started to sweep all of the debris from installation into the space between the wall and floor. Dirt started to fall down where I was. Could have been solved with a dust pan. All in all the windows looked great. But, if I had to do it again, I would not have used WV. In fact, we will not use them for our remaining windows. I encourage you to shop around more. For $2000, I think I could have gotten better service and more windows done. Pros: Quality product Cons: Service was poor more
