Service is terrible!! It's a scam, stay away if you can!! In my old building we were forced to use Sollnet. When I moved out they continued to bill me. They've refused to close my account, constantly referring to some phantom coworker that is never there and won't call me back. In the meantime they keep sending bills and late fees to me at my new address!\r
