Don't send anything of value with them. I I paid $40.00 package and $35.00 insurance ($1000.00) value on my computer to ship it.Not only did they totally damage my computer so it is unuseable but I have now been fighting for over two months just to get refunded any money for it. They have required that I take photos of the box, write a letter to their main office, send proof of the value, proof of repair costs, etc etc . Meanwhile they shipped the computer all over the country saying they were having it inspected to confirm damage. No one ever returns my calls, they lie about when they would pick up, and I have often waited on the call center for over 30 minutes just to speak to some uncaring person. Cons: break your item and deny coverage more
