I've been tanning at Suntopia since early 2003, and I have to say, the past year Suntopia has sucked! The staff is very rude, the past few times I've walked in to tan; a couple of the females have been talking on the company phone making the customers wait. I've also seen the females let friends and boyfriends sit behind the counters with them. It is just so unprofessional. The staff doesnt ask me about my lotion or my tan, they don't seem as caring. I have not gotten the experience lately that I did years before. Suntopia just isn't the same anymore. Not as clean as before, but they do keep the lamps changed.... when the beds aren't broken.... I'm just not happy with the way that Suntopia has turned....
Pros: They say they're open 7 days... half the time their store isnt open on time... or even at all!!
