NICOR gas does not care about their customers. We have our gas bill paid electronically from our checking account and did not realize that we underpaid. NICOR shut us off without giving us ample time to clear up our account. We paid the full amount due the same day and IT IS GOING TO TAKE THEM 5 DAYS TO TURN OUR GAS BACK ON! 5 days without hot water and 5 days without the ability to use our oven. We begged them to turn it back on because we have a young child in the house, THEY SAID THEY DID NOT CARE ABOUT CHILDREN OR THE ELDERLY.
Cons: NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
