No matter what time I go there whether it's 9:30 am or 12:30 pm or 2:30 pm they always have at least two people on the floor. Sometimes the other employees are in the back getting packages or mail for the customers so it might appear that there is only one person. I get very good service. They are always very helpful, courteous, and I enjoy going to the Cypress Post Office. There is usually a line no matter what time I go but it moves fast. I think they do a very good job.
