Though this sushi restaurant may be small and elderly, the food and the service is outstanding. This is one of only 2 or 3 sushi restaurants actually owned and run by a Japanese sushi chef. This chef is an expert at cutting the fish and knowing what is good sashimi and what is not. You can't go wrong with what you order here. We have been to all the fancy-schmancy sushi restaurants in the Triangle and this one is the BEST!
Pros: Sashimi is fresh and tasty, not rubbery or fatty.
Cons: Decor is older, but still very functional.
