We were very impressed with this outfit. Not only were they available on short notice, but they even showed up during the 2-hour window they said they would. A far cry from some people who ask for a 4-hour block and still can't make it. Guy took less than 30 minutes to figure out the problem and fix it. We were expecting a major hassle (and expense) getting our dryer fixed, but it was far from it.
