My clothes dryer stopped mid-cycle. Went to the internet to find a repair service company and called this company after 6 PM. The owner answer immediately and scheduled a service call for the next day. Repairman arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem quickly, left for 20 minutes to get parts, returned and replaced the motor - all in less than 2 hours. Price was reasonable. Highly recommend this company. Pros: Prompt and reasonably priced service more

Fast professional service at a very fair price. Great customer service. 3/20/2008

My refrigerator went out and I needed it fixed right away. They arrived within 2 hours of my call and diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately. Cost was fair and service was professional. The technician was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company. Pros: Timely service, cost Cons: No cons for me! more

Great Same Day Service 1/14/2008

After orginally calling Sears Home Repair to have my freezer looked at - Sears totally screwed up my appointments and I got poor customer service from there call center hotline, so I saw this listing for Direct Home and called them abount noon on Monday. Pros: Same Day Service on half days notice Cons: None I can think of more

Prompt, efficient and affordable service 8/29/2007

We were very impressed with this outfit. Not only were they available on short notice, but they even showed up during the 2-hour window they said they would. A far cry from some people who ask for a 4-hour block and still can't make it. Guy took less than 30 minutes to figure out the problem and fix it. We were expecting a major hassle (and expense) getting our dryer fixed, but it was far from it. more

Good Service - Fair Price 8/14/2007

Their tech was friendly, on time and knowledgeable. We had a broken dishwasher (bad motor). He did a great job diagnosing the problem and was quick to fix. Would definitely recommend. Pros: Hours of Service more
