G & G manages the condominium complex where I live in Brighton on Kenrick Street. We have gone without water for three full days and I have not had the courtesy of a returned phone call after I have called their offices 5 times. Boston Water and Sewer seems to have shared in G&G's lack of responsiveness as well: their employees have been unable to contact a G&G representative, even after making two phone calls to their ""emergency hotline"" yesterday evening.
Pros: Unable to think of one.
Cons: Unresponsive; impatient; unwilling to help.
