our 2 year old yorkie was groomed at this facility and his genitals and under tail where severely cut! after a few days with no improvement we took our yorkie in and the vet stated that the wound was from licking! our dog was in so much discomfort it could not reach its genitals to clean its own wound, i understand things happen but for some animal caretaker (a veterinarian) to lie and avoid any guilt makes me wonder what would happen if the wrong medicine or dose was given out!!! that day i went to another vet and took my six animal accounts with me.
