Beware - Our friend died and left no money to settle his estate. WE contacted the ""ASSOCIATION"" only to be told that they did not care and that someone had better pay the bill or be prepared to suffer great consquences. We are immediately selling his condo in order to pay the bills and they CERTAINLY would be paid. We are not his family but are his best friends and are handling his estate. Since he was elderly and only had Social SEcurity there are no funds in the bank to draw from. Every charge card, mortgage company and additional services were wonderful and are working with us to make this tragic event more torable. NOT these people. The lady was nasty saying that there concern is not for the man that died but for themselves and whether they have money that they need to paid their bills and that I had better find someone to come up with THEIR MONEY - HOW LUDICROUS - The nasty way that the person at Andleton Management spoke to me only attests to the manner in which they must handle all their business . I would advise looking to see who the management company is before you expose yourself to ..............................
