I only created this account to inform you of the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. This company is a joke as far as I am concerned. This message is to inform you that the job done is extremely poor. The neglect to send any information to you unless it is regarding money you now owe. You may never receive an inspection letter, but you will receive a message months later that something failed of which you still are unsure of, and that they are imposing a 10 dollar a day fee until it is fixed. You will not receive the letter until at least 10 days later in which you already owe them 100, plus the amount it cost to send you the letter. They will also not return your messages when left to contact you, nor will they work with you until you are so extremely upset about something that you demand to speak to the manager. After a few minutes on hold, you still don't speak to the manager but they will make little effort to adjust the issue, just to get you off the phone. Avoid this management company. If they are running the association in your future home, RUN AWAY! Its worth the effort to find another apartment, rental, or home to purchase.
