Andleton Management

I finally had to sell my condo because I could no longer deal with Andleton's mismanagement. Be aware that at Daybreak Condos there is an elitist group that represents the ""board"" who are exempt from all rules and regulations. To everyone else, the rules not only apply but change as Andleton Management sees fit. They in no way, shape, or form maintain the property as they are required to do. Parking is atrocious and they selectively enforce those policies as well. Nothing is ever their responsibility and if you try to contact them, do not expect a return call from anyone in the office as they are constantly ""unavailable."" If they do call you back, expect them to talk down to you and tell you how it is not their responsibility to address absolutely anything. I personally ave not had money difficulties with them, but lived there long enough to hear it from multiple neighbors. They will fine you if you are not part of the elite circle, and overlook the elitist's same infractions. Not to mention the physical state of the complex is atrocious. DO NOT BUY AT DAYBREAK or anywhere managed by Andleton Management!!!! you will regret it! more

i have first hand experience, they do dont conform to the real estate board rule and regulations for a proper management company. Howard Andleton(the owner) should be called COWARD Andleton. He reufuses to talk to anyone unless you owe him money. He dont care if your paralized if you owe him association dues his ""office gang"" will be all over your business and threat to take your house away. oh yeah they make you pay for postage for the ""certified letters"" that are sent to you... that adds up. more

I only created this account to inform you of the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. This company is a joke as far as I am concerned. This message is to inform you that the job done is extremely poor. The neglect to send any information to you unless it is regarding money you now owe. You may never receive an inspection letter, but you will receive a message months later that something failed of which you still are unsure of, and that they are imposing a 10 dollar a day fee until it is fixed. You will not receive the letter until at least 10 days later in which you already owe them 100, plus the amount it cost to send you the letter. They will also not return your messages when left to contact you, nor will they work with you until you are so extremely upset about something that you demand to speak to the manager. After a few minutes on hold, you still don't speak to the manager but they will make little effort to adjust the issue, just to get you off the phone. Avoid this management company. If they are running the association in your future home, RUN AWAY! Its worth the effort to find another apartment, rental, or home to purchase. more

had to take 3 jobs to make ends meet because of cut backs at my main job, this association is picking on every little thing and charging me $10 dollars a day for stuff not fixed on my townhouse. but in fact i had them fixed, and its ""not to their liking"" so they impose that fee until its to their liking. what a rip off. this economy is so bad that it takes me 2 months to save up to fix small things, but it don't matter to them. their service rep named Khris is a bitch. all they care about is money. so now their attorneys have put a lein on my house and trying to take it. they take thier sweet ass time to inspect my house but quick to take your house that YOU pay for very fast. oh and by the way they have a sign in their office stating that "" we reserve the right to discriminate against race,religion,sex etc.."" they dont care how many doctor bills you have, what financial situation your in or if your dead, they want money.... WHAT A BUNCH OF RACIST MONEY HUNGRY PEOPLE. more

Beware - Our friend died and left no money to settle his estate. WE contacted the ""ASSOCIATION"" only to be told that they did not care and that someone had better pay the bill or be prepared to suffer great consquences. We are immediately selling his condo in order to pay the bills and they CERTAINLY would be paid. We are not his family but are his best friends and are handling his estate. Since he was elderly and only had Social SEcurity there are no funds in the bank to draw from. Every charge card, mortgage company and additional services were wonderful and are working with us to make this tragic event more torable. NOT these people. The lady was nasty saying that there concern is not for the man that died but for themselves and whether they have money that they need to paid their bills and that I had better find someone to come up with THEIR MONEY - HOW LUDICROUS - The nasty way that the person at Andleton Management spoke to me only attests to the manner in which they must handle all their business .
