Went to Jumpin Jacks in Urbandale Wednesday afternoon with some friends and not only was it dirty and smelled like dirty socks but the staff was not friendly at all, is it that hard to find friendly people that smile?, or they really hated working there. They make you pay to get in and then you spend another $10 on arcade games because the kids are bored after 30 minutes of bouncing and want tokens to play the games. The , our cheese sticks were burnt and our other food wasn't that great either. I wouldn't waste your money on a dirty place like this you may as well go to Mc Donalds play land they don't clean there either and its free.
