They are great and always know us by name. I can't imagine people saying its dirty, etc. They are always cleaning when I am in there. Pros: open on the weekends! Cons: can't get my kids to leave! more

DON'T BOTHER... WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. 12/4/2008

Terrible food, terrible staff, and a rip off... way over priced and some of the games didn't even work! ATM machine broken too. Nasty pizza too. Don't bother. Go to Pump It Up instead, they are wayyy better. Pros: WNo one else there but our party. Cons: I can see why no one lese was there... terrible everything. more

Dirty and unfriendly staff 8/3/2007

Went to Jumpin Jacks in Urbandale Wednesday afternoon with some friends and not only was it dirty and smelled like dirty socks but the staff was not friendly at all, is it that hard to find friendly people that smile?, or they really hated working there. They make you pay to get in and then you spend another $10 on arcade games because the kids are bored after 30 minutes of bouncing and want tokens to play the games. The , our cheese sticks were burnt and our other food wasn't that great either. I wouldn't waste your money on a dirty place like this you may as well go to Mc Donalds play land they don't clean there either and its free. Won't be going again 5/11/2007

The place was dirty. They don't do any supervision. You think you have a party reserved but all you have is a table. The place was a mad house. There were kids running everywhere. Couple of the kids got hurt since no one was watching them. The pizza tasted like cardboard. We won't be going back. Pros: available since allow lots of kids at one time Cons: DIRTY DIRTY AND NO SUPERVISION more
