I ordered a patio set from Leisure World at the end of May. When I first ordered it, it was suppose to be ""in stock"" and delivered within a week. They called me a day later and said it would take 4-5 weeks because it wasn't in stock. It was delivered in mid-June with a granite cover that did not fit properly. It's 3 months later and I still haven't received the complete part to my set. The service manager is hostile and is blaming the issue on the manufacturer. He also had the incorrect parts listed on his service sheet and didn't understand what really needed to be replaced. They are unwilling to take the set back and have poorly communicated updates to me. I would not recommend buying any of their products. more
