I have used Brock's for several years, actually ever since I moved to Houston. I will never change mechanics. They not only have A1+ customer service, they are extremely accurate in their quotes. At times I have taken my car in for routine maintenance and have told them to do a specific thing. For instance, I had taken my car in for a brake job because my ""brake service"" light was coming on and I was hearing some squeeling. When I went to pick up my car, they told me that all that was needed was a little fluid and a screw had come out of the callibration. They replaced that screw, put a little fluid in it, and only charged me $18.00. I am a single mom who doesn't know how to do anything to a car except drive it! They could have taken advantage of me and charged me for a brake job since I had told them to change my brakes, however, they didn't do that.
Pros: Great customer service, honest business practices, skilled mechanics
Cons: No cookies in the lobby!
