Brock's Car Care

Con job. I was having a/c issues stopped in for the 34.95 checkup. They said I was low on refrigerant. I had just checked and added refrigerant. Ended up charging me $73.00 and a/c still doesn't work. Don't waste your time or money. more

I have been going to Brocks Car Care for 10 Years, Dennis has always been polite and very honest with me, all 4 of my cars have always been serviced there and much cheaper than Toyota for the same work and same parts. They will use Toyota parts if you have a Toyota. They have always done good work, and if I had a problem they would take it back to make sure everything was done right. That has only happened once and they had no problem taking it back. If you were to go to anyone try Brocks car care I personally have never had any issues with them. more

Consumer Beware! This is the last place I would recommend for one to take their car to be serviced. The quality of the work is below par and the customer service is poor. Dennis the service writer will attempt to rip you off and does not know how to treat customers. As consumers we have options and I would suggest that Brock s not be yours when selecting car service! more

PROFESSIONAL QUALITY SERVICE AND REASONABLE PRICES! I brought my 2002 Tahoe in 30 minutes before closing and the mechanic was very profesional and patient, he even test drove my Tahoe and diagnosed the problem right then. The gentleman behind the counter went ahead and ordered the replacement part. The next day everything happened like BROCK'S said it would. They called us and my wife took the Tahoe in to be repaired. BROCK'S was even nice enough to give her a ride home rather than making her wait at the shop. The mechanic got right on the repair and later that afternoon my wife got a call that the Tahoe was ready. No delays and no excuses. BROCK'S sent a car to pick up my wife at home. The bill was very reasonable. No hidden fees We are on a limited income and the bill was affordable. BROCK'S did not try to sell us a tire alignment or anything else we didn't ask for. We have used Brock's in several instances, and I will stress-they have always been honest with us. They fix things right, let you know what you do and DON't need. One of the few repair shops that I trust. Expect fair treatment here and you won't be disappointed. Pros: Honest work done right. We have used Brock's Car Care since 2000. We have had at least a couple of dealings with them when we expected to owe them more than they charged. In one instance, we had taken our Toyota T-100 into a local Toyota dealership for a recall and the Toyota mechanics told us we needed all of the brakes replaced because there were no pads left. My husband opted to let Brock's do the brake work. We left our truck with Brock's and they called us later to let us know that we did NOT need new brakes as our truck had at least 65% of the pad left on them. I trust them 100%. There are not many business these days that are so honest with their customers. Pros: honesty more

My family has used this place for a long time. They are the most honest, caring, and skilled mechanics in Texas. They have great customer service, and they always remember me by name! Although, that could be because I bring them cakes. If you are needing a costly repair, or any repair for that matter, this is the shop for you. They are always accurate and fair in their estimates and will not do any work that is not necessary, even if you ask for it. Great place to do business with! Pros: Accurate and fair quotes, customer service Cons: NONE! I keep looking for some, but can't find any! more

I have used Brock's for several years, actually ever since I moved to Houston. I will never change mechanics. They not only have A1+ customer service, they are extremely accurate in their quotes. At times I have taken my car in for routine maintenance and have told them to do a specific thing. For instance, I had taken my car in for a brake job because my ""brake service"" light was coming on and I was hearing some squeeling. When I went to pick up my car, they told me that all that was needed was a little fluid and a screw had come out of the callibration. They replaced that screw, put a little fluid in it, and only charged me $18.00. I am a single mom who doesn't know how to do anything to a car except drive it! They could have taken advantage of me and charged me for a brake job since I had told them to change my brakes, however, they didn't do that.
