What a nightmare. It took 8wks to install my in ground pool. First the hole was not deep enough. Then it was too deep. Not enough gravel sent one day. Plumbing was not deep enough. Had to cut a hole in my garage wall for electrical. They know great dry wallers!! Left inground pipes exposed. Back yard is tore up to a tune of 1500 dollars for a landscaper. Leftover sand, gravel, and dry cement in yard. Never get to talk to a real person when you call there. Lucky if they return your calls. The molding around the top that holds the liner in doesnt fit together. One half an inch space in between. I don't reccomend Pool and Spa Depot to anyone. This pool was a major expense and nobody should have to go through what I went through.
