i've lived in a unit managed by rosen for more than 3 years - and i have also served on the board during this period. my main observation is that they are extremely slow in attending to repairs, whether small items (e.g. lights needing to be replaced) or large items (e.g. masonry work). timelines are consistently not met, with poor explanations for the delays. despite having a ""senior property manager specialist"" assigned to our building, i don't have a general sense that this person is actively involved in helping us to take care of our building. i would not recommend them to anyone.
