How many restaurants in Seattle & the Eastside give you a great atmosphere, friendly service, highly quality food, table side service and great prices? Hmm, the list is short, so I can put What the Pho as my Number #1. Maybe there has not been enough competitors in the past or restaurantors have gotten lazy and greedy, but this restaurant delivers great service, tasty food, excellent Vietanamese Food, awesome atmosphere for fun or a client meal. Also, Pho restaurants in general - most of them are very distinct...the word "seedy" comes to mind or dirty - What the Pho provides a polished, chic environment for those of us who want to have a great dining experience. Wake up Seattle and the Eastside - chain restaurants are not the only ones that want repeat customers - What the Pho proves that there is a restaurant that really cares about giving great service and food - a concept I thought got lost to Vegas and California.
Pros: Enroute to shopping at Bellevue Square & easy for client meetings, excellent food & service
Cons: There is not yet one in Seattle :(
