Went to Baby Blues Bar-B-Q around 6:30pm on a Tuesday night. They were out of pork and beef which is interesting for a BBQ place. We were disappointed that we couldn't get our first choices of beef brisket and a pulled pork sandwich, but went with the recommendations of our server and got ribs and BBQ shrimp instead.
The food was wonderful, ribs were juicy and perfectly cooked. BBQ shrimp was unique and I would highly recommend everyone try it, even if it's just on the side. Go with the mac and cheese for a side dish - it's to die for.
It was crowded and a there was only 1 server as far as we could see. She was great, but it took a while to order and to get our food. Plan a night where you are not in a hurry and go out for great food - take your time and enjoy great BBQ on the west coast.
