On Monday, July 16th I called the Cock of the Walk Restuarant in Opelika, I spoke to a gentleman name Zack, I told him I wanted to purchase a gift certificate for a friend, he was fine with doing the transaction over the phone, he took my name, address and phone number. I told him the birthday was on Saturday and that I need the GC sent priority mail so I would have time to remail it, I told him he could charge me for it. HE said fine it wasnt a problem, if he had any issues he would call me back. I got back into town on Thursday thinking it would be here and it still had not arrived.
