Lazy Management! On Monday, July 16th I called the Restuarant in Opelika, I spoke to a gentleman name Zack, I told him I wanted to purchase a gift certificate for a friend, he was fine with doing the transaction over the phone, he took my name, address and phone number. I told him the birthday was on Saturday and that I need the GC sent priority mail so I would have time to remail it, I told him he could charge me for it. HE said fine it wasnt a problem, if he had any issues he would call me back. I got back into town on Thursday thinking it would be here and it still had not arrived. My assistant Vanessa called and he said he had sent it first class ( I still have not recvd it and the birthday is today)Vanessa asked Zack why he had not contacted me and his answer was ""he did not know why he hadnt"" she asked him what he was going to do to accommodate the situation and he said he would have to get back to her. He created this whole situation by not communicating with us. I have called three times and he has refused to take my call and Vanessa has called twice. I wanted the birthday party to be able to pick the GC up there and I would return the other when it finally arrives. But Zack will not take my calls and I even left him that in a message. FYI my credit card was charged on the 16th and Zack never called to tell me there was a problem. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever seen. I would like a response soon. I cant believe that companies employ such unprofessional managers.
